Battery temperature & shutdown problem

Hi, I bought the BV8000 Pro last year in gearbest.com and it worked perfectly until a few yeeks ago. Now I'm having problems with battery temperature.
When I play a song/audio or video, the battery temperature starts to increases to the point where the phone turns off. It takes about 80 to 120 seconds to make it happen
Android Battery Dog (Log - time percentage voltage temperature):
1. 19:50:05 60% 3.847V 48°
2. 19:50:07 60% 3.865V 50°
3. 19:50:19 59% 3.865V 51°
4. 19:50:21 59% 3.840V 52°
5. 19:50:43 59% 3.832V 54°
6. 19:50:54 59% 3.830V 55°
At that moment a message appeared on my screen:
8. 19:51:50 58% 3.845V 59°
And my phone turned off (total of 105 seconds playing music)
This does not happen when I use my bluetooth headset, so I think the problem is someting related to the speaker
How do I solve this problem? Thank you in advance

- The data service is limited due to the overheating of the communication module. If the overheating continues, the communication module will be shut down. Please move to a cool place with good signal, or turn off 4G in settings.
