Charging problem

Hi! I recently been having problems with charging my phone. Sometimes it works, but more and more it don't work. 

I tried charging with my computer, it didn't work either - and then the USB port on computer stopped working and windows said something like - USB device shuts down due to trying to deliver a too high effect that it can't give. 

So there seems to be a problem with the battery or phone itself - not the cable or charger. When I use a battery app like ampere it also states that the charger cable is connected - but the battery isn't charging. (I have ordered a new cable just to be 100% sure - but that will take some time to arrive, as I'm living in Sweden)

I really like this phone - and never had any other problem with. Is it possible to have it fixed? Can I send it to a repair shop to have it checked maybe battery replaced? Do you have a repair shop in Europe?

Hi there! You should consider such options:

1) Contact your seller to have your phone replaced under warranty, as he's the only one who can manage warranty terms.

or..
