I am the owner of a BV8000 pro for one year now, which is having a few issues, regarding the connector: the phone doesn't charge anymore, except when I get lucky, which corresponds to me moving the cable in every sense until it remains charging.
I'm pretty sure this means it is the connector that should be changed.
I am therefore trying to repair it, so I get myself into a repair shop for mobiles in general, in France.
The guy announces le that Blackview is not selling the parts and that I should get back to them, and not to the reseller. I contacted my reseller that also told me that they would reimburse the reparation but that I should take contact with BlackView.
The contact part on their website didn't functionate, giving some Chinese texts meaning it's not working, as well as the Skype address they're giving.
So I'm here asking you for the contact and how things are supposed to work out.
