I have a weird situation here , I have a BV8000 Pro android 7 and I never root the phone , alla the checkers say no root and a app says my phone is root and doesnt perform any help please?

Your phone is not rooted.

If your device has performance issues, please perform a factory reset and everything will be back to a full working state
