I own a Blackview BV8000 Pro since 30th of March, 2018
it has big problems with network connectivity since the begining
in most places, despite of full signal 4G symbol, when I answer or make a call the icon changesto zerosignal 3G or sometimes zero signal E and talking is impossible
internet is also slowed down or disabled then
so I basically can't call indoors or even sometimes outside...
later on USB-C plugged to the phone wasn't charging
I had to turn the device completely off to plug the charger and then turn on the phone with charging somehow enabled
for some reason the charging works usually now, but not always
I sent the phone to my lazy seller and he said the phone has got moisture indicator inside changed
so he sent the phone back to me without repair or anything because, as he said, 'I wet the phone so it's my fault - even Apple of Samsung don't repair leaked waterproof phones'
that was unsatisfying answer to my rugged phone
I asked someone by the Blackview fanpage about it and he said that it's the fault of the phone obviously, because it's sold as waterproof IP68
I told him about it and he 'did his research'
three weeks later he sent me a link an e-mail with a link to http://blackview.hk/contact-us/ and said that the phone was bought with an invoice on the business I work in so because the phone was bought for a company I have to contact the producer directly to get the warranty repair
whole process with my lazy seller took about three months, because he is not able to answer my calls for a few weeks, he's not responding to e-mails and messages
to get any information I had to call him from other phones
now the phone (apart from issues above) gets really hot in my pocket, freezes and restarts itself a few times a day, fingerprint scanner doesn't work until I restart the phone, touch keyes aren't working sometimes, phone got laggy in general
the battery keeps the phone alive for about 12-13 hours and also has some 'unconcious breaks' as shown on the screenshot:

I AM JUST TIRED, I've got no real answer since a few months
my lazy seller is not helpful, someone from Your BV fanpage sent me a link to the forum and there is not support for Blackview in Poland as far as I know
I loved the phone and want to still coegzist with it
I don’t see any other phone manufacturer meeting my needs as Blackview does
tell me how can I send the phone to You
