Phone is slowing down and CPU cores always works.

As you can see on the image the core works at full speed just turned on the device.
This slows down the device a lot, which is difficult to open simple apps like WhatsApp.
It can be the fault of an app that, however I uninstalled?
Which version of firmware I have to flash (Android 7)?

Before flashing, i suggest you to perform a factory reset. Everything should go back to a normal working condition after that.

I just had similar problems. Suddently I had poor battery usage. Bare!y 12 hours. . Did a factory reset in the settings menu had no effect. Did a second reset with the recovery meun. 6 hours still at 96%. I recommend reset with the recovery menu

Pretty sure we had the same problem.
