Fingerprint overheating.

Hi,
an issue occurs since yesterday on my BV8000 pro. There's a overheating located only on the side fingerprint (very very hot). And therefore the battery doesn't last as expected (12 hours with a full load).
Would you have any advice to check where does the problem come from?
