Hello to all. I have a big problem. After falling into cold water my blackview stopped making the screen go. I bought a new screen, I replaced it but I noticed that now it does not recharge me anymore. I also changed the refill module but nothing. I think the problem is bigger than I thought. Do you have any ideas of what happened? do you advise me to change some other piece?
In case you can not do anything there is a possibility to recover the files saved in the internal memory card of the blackview? thank you so much for a desperate user

Unfortunately you'll have to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty. No other solutions are possible.
