When I open a VR game or an application that use this technology the game works well, but when I try to rotate the phone that is in portrait mode,
moving the phone from left to right everything works fine, but moving from top to bottom the view moves very slowly, almost does not move, could be a problem with the gyroscope? Can it be replaced? Otherwise there is an application to calibrate or fix the non-working sensors, I have Android 7, here is a screenshot of the exact version.

Screws are without issue. It looks like a software fault. To rule it out, please perform a factory reset and check if something changes. If not, it could be an hardware issue... but before saying that i  need it to be confirmed from other users aswell...
