Hi,

Ive had the bv8000 pro for a little while, but its developed a really annoying fault.
When trying to charge the phone via the original cable and other extended length usb C cables it just doesnt charge. The red light comes on (and often stays on ones the cable is removed - with the charge icon still present) It occasionally charges if i put specific pressure on one side of the cable near the port. 
Obviously this is making the phone useless, waking up and finding the phone flat has ruined my work days many a time, as i use my phone for work. 

My question is, has anyone experience this? Is it hardware or software? And will blackview send the part or repair replace this? 
Any fixes are appreciated.

What ive tried:
Blasting with compressed air incase its debris in the port. 
Many different correct cables and correct chargers. 

Hi there. Unfortunately your Charing board, which includes the usb-c port, seems to be faulty.
You can contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty or you can replace the charging board by yourself, but risking to lose warranty.

I appreciate your response. My seller was Amazon.co.uk how would I go about getting a warranty repair? Can it be done directly with Blackview.

Ask Amazon customer care about that, as it depends on who is the seller and on who shipped the phone.
They will take care of everything, don't worry
