[FEATURE REQUEST] Use the latest subversion of Android for firmware updates

Hello!
For some reason BV only uses point zero releases of Android (7.0, 8.0) even when there are newer subversions available which also contain a lot of improvements over the point zero release.
Could BV therefore use the current release (which for Android 7 I think is 7.3 and for Oreo it's 8.1) instead of the point zero releases?
