Hi there!

First, please perform a factory reset and check if this happens again.
Is overheating while under heavy use or in idle?

When did it start to overheat? since you got it or since you updated it?

Hello, i have also the overheating issue and high battery consumption. For example 10 minutes internet with mobile data spends 10% of battery and the phone is warm; more than 50 degrees. I already do a factory reset.

Same question: did it overheat since the beginning or after an update?

Hello,
It begins overheat since one or two month.
I did not upgrade it. I actually use 20171219 firmware, the most stable for me. My phone raises UP to 71 degrees with 10 minutes internet with mobile data.

This is not normal. Your device looks faulty. I reccomend to contact your seller to have it replaced under warranty,

Sorry Admin....but do you think is acceptable that there are so many faulty blackview 8000? Most of us have the same problems: overheating and a dull charging-discharging behavior. What have we bought? Do something as soon as possible it is our right.....don't forget who spent the money.... I am quite angry, we pay and we deal with sellers....I would like to see blackview take a serious action instead of shrugging responsibilities.
