Hello,
I’m experiecing a problem with my bv8000pro. For 2 days my phone seems to be stuck. When trying to boot, the sequence stopped acteur few seconds and then the phone reboots. And again stopped, reboot and again and again.
When i try to use the contact link on blackview’s website, i get a message written in chinese, so i can’t know if it is ok.
Thank you for your help.
Sébastien hager.

Hi there! don't panic.
Can you check if the power button is stuck?

Hello, There is no way to perform a factory reset. When i try to enter the recovery mode, it's impossible and the phone is again and again rebooting, interrupting my attempt to enter in the recovery mode.
Thank you

If your phone is still under warranty, I recommend you to contact your seller to have it replaced.

If the power button is not stuck take the rear cover off the phone and try reseating the ribbon cable to the button.
Does it make any difference trying to get to recovery if you have the charging cable connected?
Dose a pc recognise the device? Are you able to attempt a reflash?
