It's been a while since I noticed that my device has a volume of the speaker for calls very low. Someone has my same problem?
Or someone knows a way, like an app, to solve this problem?

If you work around metal, it may be iron filings contamination..if this is earpiece then easiest fix is buy a new screen for US40 and plug it in...but if you are up for fiddly then buy the ear speaker and install yourself

Are we talking about the earpiece speaker or the loudspeaker in the back of the phone?

You can try accessing Mediatek Engineering mode, and then accessing the sound settings to test whether you can turn the volume up.
Engineering mode is accessed by dialing a special code on the phone app, but you can alternatively install an app which will take you directly to it. I myself use this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.themonsterit.EngineerStarter
And here, you can find a very nice tutorial on how to setup sound volume levels using engineering mode:

Hope this helps.
