The Menu button no longer calls up multitasking apps in the latest 20180522 update

In no way? is the menu button completely off?

No, it appears to have been accidentally reprogrammed by the firmware in both the new phones we updated. Instead of bringing up the list of open apps, pressing the menu button now appears to trigger the same action as pressing a blank space on the home screen - it calls up widget and wallpapers menu.

OK, what about keeping it pressed for a long time or pressing it 2 times very fast? what happens?

Tried that when it first happened, makes no difference. Just toggles between home screen and widgets/wallpapers mode. On both phones. I am assuming others have noticed.

You are right..I thought I had done a long press but obviously not long enough...problem solved.. Thanks Admin and Rgaspar.
