Can confirm the bug...installed the OTA update on a brand new phone, factory reset afterwards. Alarm works fine if phone is turned on, but if phone is off it boots to a blank backlit screen with only the flight mode icon, battery percentage and time showing up the top. No noise and no response from buttons...it hangs and I have to hold power button down to force reset.
Reboots to a screen alert advising Alarm in in snooze mode. Alarm then sounded after a 15 min snooze delay.
