[SOLVED] Problem screen BV8000pro

hello BV team;
I've bought one of your product last year (june 2017) and since two days i can't start it even when i charge it. The recovery mode doesn't work either (Volume + start button) so i can't reboot it or download updates from my computer. I only have the red light when i charge it.
It's a Blackview BV8000 pro;

Hi there! unfortunately it seems that your device got a very bad hardware fault.
You'll have to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty ;)

I bought your product threw the website Rakuten and the seller has disappeared!

Can you propose me any other solution?

Very very bad news about your seller disappearing.... what the hell!
Next time you'll have to be more careful and stick only to trusted sellers :( i'm very sorry to read that.

I can suggest you to replace the charging board... for what it costs, it's worth a try. It may be the culprit.
