[SOLVED] 3G Network Issue

Hello Sir, I bought BV 8000 pro 4G phone. I am from India I put 4G sim in both slot but it always show 3G on the status bar along with signal. And it always work in 3G mode, internet speed also in 3G speed.

do you have 4g coverage where you are? the same sim card in other phone have 4g?

Yes Previously I am Using Lenovo K8 Plus in which both sim shows 4G network as well as working in 4G network. I put another sim of other network they also shows 3G on bar.

A better question is: what phone network are you with? Do they have a website with their 4G frequencies?

Currently I am Using Airtel 4G Network and they have 4G frequencies all over INDIA.

Bands 3 and 40, and to a lesser extent band 5. In Settings/Wireless & Networks/Data usage do you have data turned on? At tp of that same screen in the black there are three vertical dots..tap them and make sure you have selected 4G.
Finally, make sure your APN settings are correct.

yes my data is on. I selected 4G Network. I do all these setting but still it showing 3G

I'm starting to think about a band problem....mmmmmmmm..
Can you disable data roaming and try again?

I do but still it persists. I also restarts the mobile but still same.
