Hello,

Last week, my bv8000 don't wake up like other days at 7:00 and from then I can't switch on 
When it's on charge, the LED is always red, never green, and it been plugged for two entire days (plugged with the original cable and charger)
When I push the power button there is a very discret led in the cam blinking, but I can see only in dark place.
I made an update 15 days ago and no problems.

From what you say, it really looks like an hardware fault.
I reccomend to contact your seller to have your device replaced under warranty.

Yes, unfortunately. Unless you saved them in a MicroSD card.
