My BV8000 Stoped charging, First no fastcharge then it says charging, but does nothing. i tried with the original cable / adapter and the small usb converter too, result is sam. What can i do?

What's your current firmware version?

Did this issue happen right after a firmware update or not?

same issue for me after 20180228-1557 update.......
