[SOLVED] LEDS Not Working - BV8000 PRO

All of a sudden the LEDs are not working on the phone - BV 8000 PRO

I have done a firmware update, still no LEDS.

Everything else on the phone seems to be working?

Is there a way to test if the LEDs are working through the apps or firmware?

Yes, I have called and been sent a SMS - no notification on the LEDS blue, green or red
No Red LED on charging; had to enable sound for charging

Another thing you can do is performing a factory reset. If this can't solve the issue, we are talking about a fried led module, as known as an hardware fault.
In this case the only solution would be contacting your seller to replace your device under warranty.
