mi altavoz distorsiona y el cable para cargar o conectar al ordenador se sale de su sitio solo, lo que obliga a estar pendiente de el y es imposible conectarlo al cargador del coche
¿que solución hay?

try to contact your seller and activate warranty. i have the loudspeaker problem and my seller is repairing. i believe that there is a official seller/repair store in Barcelona

Sorry but i can't understand what the problem is. Please write in a proper way to make me understand.

i can explain: there is a problem with the cable connection to the phone that makes the cable loose and it disconnects by it self making impossible to charge the battery
