Both myself and my partner have the blackview bv8000pro and we are having some issues with the charge cables, both are extremely week on the phone connection end and no longer charge the phones also the small adapter which acts as an alternative doesn't work at all, we have purchased new charger cables but they are useless as the connector for the bv8000 pro is longer than the standard type c cables due too the tuff case, so as of the moment we have two phones which are no better than paper weights because we can't charge them. I have tried contacting blackview but no-one answers to help. Is there anyone that can help us
