[SOLVED] Warranty?

In the past few weeks I've noticed the loudspeaker sound starting to deteriorate. Then yesterday I se tit down on my desk and then began the infinite reboot , I could not force shut it down or on just keeps rebooting the blackview start up logo. I can get it to boot if I shake it but if I move it the wrong way it reboots endlessly again. Also when I do get it to boot, I have no vibration or sound now. Is there anyway to get warranty repair or replacement ? I don't want to have to buy a new one given I've owned it less than a year.
