[SOLVED] BV8000 PRO WON'T CHARGE

I bought my BV8000 Pro in November / 17 and received December / 17 and today it is not loading or connecting on the computer. I live in Brazil and do not have technical assistance for this service.
Charges only when I reboot the phone with the phone connected to the cable.
How do I solve this problem?

hello,
did you turn on the Develop Mode and USB Mode?
you have to turn them on so you can connect the computer.

Will it charge from a wall outlet? Or maybe your USB cable is faulty. Did you try charging with a microUSB cable and the adapter that came with the phone?
