Since i purchased my phone in December, i have not been able to access data on my phone. I have tried my sim card in other phones and the data works fine. However, once i put it back into the Blackview8000 i am not receiving any. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hi there!

First you have to contact your phone carrier to get your correct APN settings, wich you have to set.
Then enable your data connection and everything will work.

I have already contacted my service provider and have already entered the correct APN settings however i am yet to access my data.

Just to know it, where are you from? In wich country are you using your device?
