Probably your button stays pressed because there is something between your photo button and the metal side panel holding it there. Try to remove the side panel and clean it.

I bought last December a blackview phone bv8000pro. After only 3 months of use, it has serious operating problems that are as follows:
-hot photos 40 burst and this several times to follow and several times in the day for no reason while the phone can be placed on a table for example.
-stopping and restarting without reason of the phone several times in the day
-blocking of the phone, obligation to restart it
-imposability to send or receive text messages

I closed your previous thread, as you opened this one.

For the first problem, maybe Kavedel is right. Your photo button may be stuck.

For the other issues, i reccomend to update your device to the latest firmware version and after that perform a factory reset and report back.
