Hello,
I made the change of the block stops because my speaker was disrespectful as well as the front block because the speaker was defective. The phone starts perfectly. There are 2 problems:

1) The photos of my BV8000 pro are blurred on the middle, the focus is not done. You have to tap or shake it to get it in focus.
2) The phone network gets lost sometimes, but the wifi and data connection works.

What can I do ?

1) What's your firmware version?

2) I suggest to check the antenna cable, it could be misplaced (i'm telling you that because you have already opened your device to replace some modules, and antenna cable may have been misplaced because of that)

My firm version is : V0.1_20170803
I have replug the wire of the antenna, but the problem stay.
I can use data connexion without problem, but I can't call.

An idea ?

Please update your device to the latest version (20180308), perform a factory reset and report back if your issues get solved.

I have doing today a factory reset, but the phone said : "the phone is up to date", how to have the update 2018?

I suggest you to try to update your device again, the 20180105 version is also old.
If you can't get the newest one (20180308) i suggest to flash your device to it.

Ok, I download only : "BV8000Pro_blackview_20180308" and I flash the phone with the application wrote in the tutorial
Yesterday I have transfert the "BV8000Pro_blackview_20180308" on my phone and I have doing a local update, 1 hour later it's done, the probleme is always stay
