[SOLVED] Crash on email account creation

Hello,
I received a new BV8000 Pro from my boss, but each time I try to create my professional exchange email account, the email application crashes.
Please, could you help me.

Hi there!
I reccommend to use the Gmail APP instead of the stock (and limited) one. Try that and report back

I'm sorry to inform you that my boss doesn't want us to use the GMail app.
So we can't use your solution, thanks by advance to provide us an other solution.
