I don't received any whatsapp or e-mail notification until I specifically enter to the application so notifications appears.
I tried to change battery optimization Settings -> Battery Optimization -> Whataspp ; and Whatsapp Battery Uptimization Not Optimize.
Also I tried Settings -> Battery Optimization -> " 3 Dots" and only appear Reset app preferences

I don't know what to change to received whatsapp or e-mail notification when they're send so I don't need to enter every time to the app to see if there's any.

Go to "Settings" -> "Infos" -> "Firmware update" and report back your actual version.

Your firmware version carries a known bug concerning the "background task clear" setting. Refer to this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=191&t=345022

I suggest you to update your device to the latest firmware version (20180124) and then perform a factory reset.

Be sure to whitelist your messaging or email client in the "Background task clear" setting and everything will work smoothly! ;)

I could not find any "infos" at Settings however at

Settings --> About Phone --> Wireless Update I found

BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170803_20180105_1104

I press the buttom Check for Updates and says Your device's software is currently up to date

Also in a reply you mention a whitelist, I don't know what it is and I don't no where to find it.

Please if I need something to do, detailed step by step, I see some other post where it is mention how to update firmware and I don't undersatand how to do it.

As happened to user Sebi, your firmware version carries a known bug concerning the "background task clear" settings.

I reccomend to flash your device to the latest firmware (20180124) and then perform a factory reset.

Firmware download:
viewtopic.php?f=192&t=213272

Flashing tutorial:
viewtopic.php?f=192&t=319505

How to perform a factory reset:
viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922

After that go to Settings -> Background task clear. Now enable it and put a check near Whatsapp and your email client.
Then go to Settings -> Battery. Now disable intellingent power saving and disable battery optimization for Whatsapp and your email client.

Now your device will work flawlessly!

In a reply you mention a whitelist, I don't know what it is and I don't no where to find it.

Also, there's a feature call Wireless update. Why don't just download the new firmware version there ?
It would been much easy for users.
