Dear

In Belgium we have a SIM card in which we are not able to use a 4G connection to surf on the internet. It is however possible to surf on 3G. Also the roaming option has to be enabled, otherwise it is not possible to surf.

The APN settings are not automatically detected, but when entered manually it is possible to surf under above mentioned conditions.

Below mentioned the settings:

APN: telenetwap.be
MCC: 206
MNC: 05
Verification type: PAP
APN type: default

There is only one PLMN code in the available networks PLMN ID: 20601

When opening this one it is not possible to tick 4G and save.

---

Any help would be greatly appreciated to enable this.

The device has been flashed with the latest firmware and factory resetted after the flash.

This should solve part of your problem.

You'll have to ask your phone carrier about the correct APN settings.

Is your SIM working in 4G in other phones?

Sorry but there's nothing more i can do to help you at the moment.
Your problem is related to your phone carrier's APN settings, you should check them with your phone carrier or try another carrier.
