Is it under warranty?
How can I fix it?
I live in Italy.
Easy to fix. Your warranty does not exist in any real sense but it doesn't matter as this is a simple repair.
Purchase a replacement screen IN FRAME (don't buy a cheaper screen with no frame)

Lift old screen cable connector up and put old screen to one side. Carefully push new screen connector into socket and make sure it goes in flush.
Screw metal bracket back in place. Push screen back into phone and tighten the screws (always be careful not to rip the gold cable during entire process or you will be up for another screen.)
On old screen there is a pin hole to push up the IP68 badge and sticker to transfer to new screen...and earpiece silver trim can be carefully prised up and stuck into new screen (remove sticker cover on new earpiece).
All done.
