Hello,

it is a quite urgent issue.
Is anyone aware of a charger adapter which could work fine and it is available in the european market (germany)? My charger got lost and I need a replacement. The original charger from blackview is arriving in 4-6 weeks from now... But I immediately need something which could charge my phone. I cannot wait all this time.
I tried with other adapters from Samsung or Sony but they don't work.

Please give me some good news.

In any case its important to use a cable, that is working, some (not BV) doesn't at my BV6000. May be it´s the same at BV8000pro, where I only use original BV. An original Blackview cable is also avalable at Amazon.

Any USB charger should charge the phone, but the USB cable is special... The connector is longer than normal. You can try find one with rubber material and cut away a millimeter to expose more connector.

You can use EVERY charger (also if your charger will charge slowly compared to the original charger).
For the non-standard USB-C cable used by the BV8000pro, you can use a normal micro-usb cable coupled with the micro-usb/USB-C adapter provided with your phone.

I still have the original cable. The only piece missing is the adapter. I have tried the adapters that I have but they don´t work. The red LED goes on, but the phone doesn´t charge.
I will now try the adapters that you suggested. Thanks again.

UPDATE: I have tried with another charger, which is supposed to be fast and also support the MTK PumpExpress Plus. The adapter is the Sony "UCH 12" and operates at three different voltages, 5, 9, 12. But I have the same problem as with the other chargers. The red LED goes on but the phone doesn't charge. After 40 minutes it is still 0%.

Funny enough, the phone charges (slowly) when I plug it to the usb port of my laptop... Isn't that weird?

If someone could give me an explanation for this before I buy other adapters, I would really appreciate that. Thanks a lot!

Just for information... what's your firmware version?

My ROM is 20180124. I had no charging issues with the original adapter.

I never used the original adapter. I charge the phone with some Amazon adapter (5 V/1,8 A) without problems. I can also charge it with any of my power banks.

Perhaps your USB-C cable is defective? For example the one that came with my BV8000 Pro can't establish a stable data connection on PC. So I orderd another original cable on eBay and it works. However, charging works fine with the cable that came with the phone.
