Hi there!

Just flash your device to the latest firmware version (20180124) and the abnormal battery drain issue will be fixed.

Flashing tutorial:

If you don't want to flash you can also update to that firmware version by doing an OTA update, but the problem may not get fixed by that.

Remember also to perform a factory reset after the update!

It's not possibile: after a factory reset you'll lose all your infos, but you can retrieve some of them using the google automatic backup feature (you'll be prompted to load your previous configuration when booting the factory resetted phone for the first time).

To perform a factory reset, go to Settings -> Backup and restore -> Factory reset.

If your battery problem doesn't get solved, you'll have to FLASH the new firmware. OTA update sometimes is not reliable.

And not all phones get that update. Mine still does not show it.

After 20180307 update the battery is discharged very quickly and the charge lasts a day, before this did not happen, it would be possible to change battery if in the future there was a need?

Just downgrade your device to your previous working firmware and everything will be ok. Remember to perform a factory reset after that.
