Just use another higher quality philips head screwdriver, and you won't have problems. ;)
Don't have any other screwdriver in your house/workplace? You can simply buy it at the hardware store.

Thanks for your fast answer. No I don't have another screw driver... I think you can repport this to the official website to avoid this problem to another people (Beacause like i have already say, "contact us" on the official website don't work for me). Now I just have to buy the good screwdriver.
Thank you.

EDIT: I'm back from the hardware store... they didn't have the correct screwdriver, so i went to a whatchmaker/jewelry. He broke his screwdriver! Now I will see with the seller website... Thanks Blackview...

I have struck this problem. Solution is a small flat blade screwdriver that can still get 'bite' across a slot. Avoid Phillips, it is too late for one of those. You don't want to strip head further.

Huh...

I also got 3-in-1 screwdriver with my phone. One of the heads is Phillips head fit for used screws.
And yes, 2 of the 4 screws were harder to unscrew. But I do have a lot of experience with stubborn phone screws ( I was handling a lot of Siemens, Blackberry and Samsung phones... once upon a time). So with a careful appliance of force all was unscrewed.

I do recommend:
- patience
- more patience
- concentration

Since then I use ordinary Phillips screwdriver (read: when I replace uSD card).
