1) What is your firmware version? "last" is not enought.

2) Every phone camera will struggle in low/artifical light conditions. It's quite normal.
If you want to improve pictures quality expecially at night, use flash, LOWER your ISO value and have your hand as firm as possibile while shooting.Your hands will make the 70% of picture quality!

Users reported that after the 20171227 update camera quality got worse. Your problem may be related to that.
Refer to this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=191&t=347672&start=10

Maybe the problem has not been fixed with the 20180124 version.
If you want to improve your camera quality, i suggest to flash (downgrade) your device to 20171114 firmware version, perform a factory reset after that and use Opencamera app instead of the stock app.

Ps: the photos that you posted really don't look as photos taken with a camera stand, c'mon man, let's be honest.

Maybe the photos that you're trying to attach have an excessive size.
You can also use IMGUR to upload your photos and use the forum tags

to put them in this thread.

Did you perform a factory reset after the firmware downgrade?
Did you lower the ISO to 100?
