please add setting menu button to touch and show recent app.
now its must holding to recent app.

and other remap button application can not rewrite only this button.
Androind have function of recent app is double tab to switch app but if hold to recent app its cant double hold menu to do this function.

It worked like that before (single press to show recent apps and long press to show menu) but a lot of people complained and Blackview changed it to what we have now. So, I don't think it will go back to the previous behavior.

There are many apps which can be used to remap buttons, you may need to try all of them and see which one suits your needs

I'm not a forum admin here, but I can see why the topic was closed. Your "issue" (not really an issue at all) is really solved.

You can complain all the times you want, but the behavior of the menu button won't change. It's not a bug, but a feature. If you don't like the feature, you have to learn to live with it, or find a workaround to make it work like you want, but only in your case and your phone. It's not the purpose of this forum admins or Blackview representatives to give support to third party apps, or to point you to any specific app that does what you want. The only times any admin here has done so, it's been because some other user suggested and app and they had the chance to try it, but it's still not what they are here for. And that was to solve, or to help with critical issues, not cosmetic features.

Given this, instead of insisting on asking Blackview to change something that will not change, ever, why don't you just ask politely about apps that can change the buttons behavior? As stated above, Blackview staff will not do that for you (it' s not their job) but other users may help,

I haven't tried all those apps. In fact, I haven't tried any with this phone, since I'm happy with how the buttons work, so no need for me.

Anyway, many button remap apps will require you to root the phone, something that will never be covered or supported on an official forum, since it would most probably void your warranty.

ps. I'm not complain but request the feature to setting button to switch action because I find many app but its can not work. and root phone I think Its not a good solution because It not have anything guarantee I can find a source code to modify button action.

My phone has been automatically upgraded to BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170803_20180124-1443.
After it the button MENU (three parallel lines in the left down corner of the phone), which I use to see opened (working) apps changed its function. So, I can not see those apps anymore. But I would like to use this button for this purpose not for any other. What do I have to do to change it back?

The new function of the button emerged after upgrade is not feature of phone as you write here. It changes my phone. When I bought it the MENU button worked as I said - showed me recent apps. I do not want to change features of my phone I bought. Otherwise give me money back!!!
