[SOLVED] Low volume and audio defect

As all other topics are closed, I start a new one.
I have the BV8000pro now 0ne month and the sounds/audio is terrible.
People can't hear me very well
And I can hear them even worse. I have to scream.
(yes, volume is on maximum).
What is the problem and how to solve this?
I don't like to send it back, because than I will not have my phone for over a month (I assume)
