Hardware problems on BV8000 Pro

Considering I have two hardware problems on my device after only a month of use without being responsible for any of them (phone didn't drop or got wet), I thought I should open a new thread for those with the same issues, so we can report all the hardware failures we came up against on this device and Blackview may consider to be more careful about their hardware or assembly department.

I must mention that firmware update to the latest version and factory reset is done with no effect on the problem.

So,

1) I have problem with the loudspeaker making distorted sounds and reduced volume making it hard to hear when ringing and unable to use for music
2) Led flashlight is not working any more by any way so forget about taking pictures at night

Both problems occurred after a month of use and not right out of the box.

Hardware faults may happen, and they are annoying.
But they are not so common as you may think: users with a perfectly working device are not writing on this forum ;)

By the way, device usually comes with warranty. You can claim it ;)

I thought the same but since I saw so many people talking about their hardware problems (charging board causing reboots) I thought there should be a thread about it.

I already did but still no answer about it by the seller.
