My BV8000 Pro has started in Factory Mode after all night connected under charge with the original cable and charger but without charging.
When I connected and disconnected a few times it started charging and when I switched on it started in Factory Mode.
Now I have the factory mode menu screen with:
- Auto Test
- Manual Test
- Item Test
- Test Report
. Debug Test
- Clear eMMC
- Version
- Reboot

I can scroll the menu with the volume buttons but i can't click anyone of these voices with other buttons. the phone is blocked on this screen menu.
my firmware is from September i think.
How can i solve the problem and restart the phone?

Normally, when your device is switched off, you can start it in Factory mode by pressing, in the same time, "power button" + "volume down button".
I don't know if your device fell different times or not, but first check if the "volume down button" got stuck.
- If stuck, unstuck it and continue reading.
- If such button works properly and it's not stuck, just scroll the Factory Mode menu with volume buttons, and, when the entry "Reboot" is selected, PRESS ONCE the power button to confirm.
Your device should now reboot in normal mode.

You can scroll up and down, it means your voulme buttons are okay. If you are turning on the phone by pressing power button then it means power button is okay. I also put my phone on charging before going to sleep and disconnect it in morning after getting up with no problem. In my opinion if problem persist , just power off your phone and try to flash the latest ROM.
