[SOLVED] Doesn't turn on, not even recovery mode

Wed Jan 31, 2018 3:47 pm

Hi,

so I have this big issue. I have the BV8000 pro just 3 weeks. Suddenly today it first started freezing on the pin screen, so I couldn't access my phone. So i done a factory reset according to what you have written here. After thew first turning on it frozen again. It turned itself off and now I can't do anything. The phone doesn't respond to anything (powering on, or factory reset) the red led sensor right next to the charging sensor is furiously blinking and that's it. Nothing has happened to the phone, it just stopped working on it's own. I am very disappointed, so many good reviews about this model, and this has to happen. Thanks for any hints.

Hi there!

It really looks like an hardware issue. Hardware faults are annoying, but can happen on everything.
I reccomend you to contact your seller for a replacement under warranty.

Replace the charging board for US$12...it should work after that.

It would be a good move, but voiding warranty by doing that should also be considered. ;)

Well I bought it via AliExpress, sending it back and forth is an at least 2 months waiting, so maybe, I'll just change the charging board. When loosing warrant, I could at least root the phone...
