[SOLVED] My blackview 8000pro was damaged by the sender, no one wants to take responsibility for it

Mon Jan 29, 2018 12:31 pm

The blackwiew 8000pro phone came to me in late August 2017. After 2 or 3 days the phone stopped turning on. I flew on vacation in the wild, I had neither the time nor the opportunity to lead long correspondence and arguments. I opened the dispute, a partial refund of cash for this breakdown. the dispute was not decided in my favor. The seller agreed to take the phone for repair. Upon returning home, I sent the phone back to the Chinese seller for repair. after a while the seller informed me that I need to pay 216 dollars for repairs. According to him, the replacement of the motherboard was required. Although I doubt that this was the case. Because the image appeared on the screen. I refused. because it's too expensive, it's almost the full cost of the phone itself. He asked me to return the phone back. and so, last week I got a phone. the phone came damaged. There is no ip68 logo on it, and the phone was not very neatly opened. The bolts were torn off. I wrote about this to the seller. The seller said that it was not his fault that the phone went to the factory and the plant was to blame. so the question is with me, who will now refund these damages? And why does not anyone want to take responsibility?

Hi there!
Sorry to read such a bad adventure, but your seller is the only responsible for that. :(
We don't ship devices in a such bad state.
You should contact him again and force him to send a new working device or a full refund.
My advice? take the full refund a buy another device from another seller!
Sadly, there's nothing more i can do.

How can I do this? The seller does not agree to bear responsibility for this. And refers to the plant. He says that everything is to blame for the plant.Big businessmen, big companies. And no one can take responsibility for himself. How can this be ?

Send it back to your seller, get a full refund and buy it again from another seller.
