Is there a way so I can actually test my loud speaker? I think that the volume went down since I first got the phone, but from the settings is set at max. It also gives me sometimes cracking sound.

Thanks in advance.

Well it is getting worse. Can I have an advice by the administrator? A link to buy new speaker? Should I return it for warranty or change it by myself? It took 2 months for the phone to come into my hands by the day of the order. Please some help?

Hi there!

You speaker is definitely faulty.

You have 2 options:

1) Send your device back to your seller to be replaced (or repaired) under warranty.

2) Replace the loudspeaker by yourself if you are handy. But remember that replacing it by yourself may void your warranty.
Here's where you can buy it:

Can you provide any help about the disassembly of the phone to change the speaker?

Is it possible the ringtone I use is responsible for the damage to the speaker?

Don't think so, but this sound together with an excessive volume may stress the speaker a lot.

The volume was set at Max since I work in an environment full of drilling and metal cutting sounds and it was the only way to hear when the phone was ringing.
Is there any official store in Greece where I can get the speaker?

You mentioned metal cutting - I work with metal and it destroys phone speakers. They contain magnets and the fine metal powder from using a grinder, sticks to the magnets or the speaker cone and fills the speaker up until it can't move any more. I bought this IP68 phone hoping that the IP68 rating would mean that dust wouldn't enter it. Well the IP68 worked well when I got into the swimming pool with it in my pocket but in the metal workshop, the speaker has failed after I put the phone down for a moment onto a table. It only takes a second. I have had some phones break after just the dust in my work clothes has gone into the speaker.

BLACKVIEW - your phone is great in every other respect. It works really well and is the best phone I have ever owned. It has survived falling out of my pocket 4m while I was on a scaffold and didn't break. If you could solve this metal dust problem you would ave the best phone on the market for any builder or metal worker.

I totally agree about the metal dust since a co-worker had the BV6000 and had to change twice the speaker because of it and finally gave up and changed phone.
