[SOLVED] After todays UPdate my bv8000Pro is dead

Hello,
after receiving my new blackview bv8000 pro on monday made 2 oficial updates (from blackview updater) and after todays update of 67MB my new phone is dead.
Dead i mean doesn't start, doesn't charge, doesn't do anything.
can anybody help me?

Hi there!
Let's see if we can resuscitate it!
Put your device under charging (use the original charger and usb cable) and wait 10 minutes.
Then, following this simple tutorial, boot it in recovery mode and restore it to factory settings:

PS. Can you post the version of the latest update you did?

my phone is the same as I could enter wipedata / factoryreset then I give reboot system now and the phone goes to the blackview logo but nothing happens.
the version BVPRO7.0 / NRD90M / 1515121260

Did you actually perform a factory reset? You have to confirm it by pressing power button.

The Best option is :
Download the latest firmware and flash it using a pc.
FOR Flashing you can refer to
"Rom downloads" section and for Flashing you can check
"Flashing Tutorial".

My phone Is alo dead. Totaly bricked after uppdate!
It doesn't respond to any command. Not even Power and volyme +!
Nothing!!!
Can't find the phone by the computer and USB. Nore by mouse!
Its only tre month old.

Can you try to flash it to the latest version using your PC?

If you are pressing power and volume + button together , it wont work. Just keep volume + button pressed and connect it with your pc having vcom drivers already installed and then flash a specified blackview bv8000 pro latest rom using flash tool. Also
if you connect your phone with a pc and it gives a device connected sound then there is nothing to worry about and if it gives no sound.....its hard bricked (then I can only feel sorry for you)
