Hi, I'm new here and I have the BV8000PRO

I found an app called Beauty Snap is like a system and they say it comes standard with Chinese phones
in google they put it of malware and there is no way to erase or uninstall they say to rootear but not to do it you know something of it
I installed the app is Explorer and asks for root but the mobile is not allowed

Take a breath and stop worrying

Usually is a false positive, actually a stock camera filter for selfies
Blackview don't put malwares on its firmwares... only bugs

But if it makes you feel safer, just disable it and block it from transfering data when connected to a network.

1) Go to Settings -> Apps -> "3 dots" -> Show system apps
Now tap on the Beautysnap app and then tap on "Force stop", "Disable" and then again on "Force stop".

2) Go to Settings -> Network access control and disable the Beauty Snap access to both SIM and WIFI networks

I had done that already
