I'm a owner of a BV7000 Pro cellphone and i'm facing issues with my phone.
Two days ago, I left my phone charging with your original charger and original cable and the USB MELTED !
The connector that goes on the phone melted and damaged my device, the cable is useless now and no other type C USB cable is compatible with your phone since the connector is deeper than the usual cables.
How can you help me ? I bought this phone 4 months ago.

Was the USB-C port WET when did you charge your phone?
