[SOLVED] (Question)where can order for spare part blackview 8000 pro

Hello guys,
my name is anggara putra maliki, i am from indonesian, i bought blackview 8000 pro at 31 august from my friend.
i am realy happy because this phone realy good phone.
but my happynes lost, because at 18 december 2018 until now my phone is being broke.my phone can not charge.
i have checked my phone and i got trouble at flexibel cable and mother board charge.
so, where can i order spare part to prepare my phone.
i have sended email to costumer service singapore and malaysia but not respond
i am realy confuse about that because indonesian not thing spare part blackview 8000 pro
please for admin in here give me sugestion to repare my phone
