[SOLVED] Speaker

Hello,

I'm sorry for writing this here. Unfortnately the "Contac us"-Option currently don't work (邮件发送失败! ist the message I get).

I bought a BV8000 Pro 25.11.2017 on gearbest. I'm very happy with this phone. But unfortunately since two weeks the speaker is broken. It sounds like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHYpo6uPvBI

Also it seems the mic has a problem. People say my voice sounds to loud and overdriven.
How are the next steps to use warranty and how works the warranty? I would be glad to get a reply to that questions.

Hi there, and happy new year!
This in an hardware fault. You'll have to contact gearbest to have you device replaced under warranty. They will guide you through each step ;)
