Has anyone experienced poor picture quality in low light conditions with the flash on with manual and auto focus.

Outdoor pictures come out perfect.

Hola,
En mi caso también salen con mucho grano las fotos realizadas con poca luz. He conseguido resultados aceptables modificando los ajustes con la opción PRO.
Está claro que no es el lado fuerte de la cámara.
Saludos.

It is poor camera in this phone. Had Ginnzu RS97D before - the same thing there: great pictures on normal light and horor in dusk/darkness. i suppose it is a problem of all protected phones, the camera is not their main feature ;)

Guys, let's face the truth: all smartphones' cameras struggle under low light conditions, this is related to the really small sensor that comes on them. It's not about Blackview, but about every brand, included CAMERA-PHONES as Lumia 1020.

Shooting on low light conditions/artificial lights requires also some work from the user as lowering the ISO, firm hand, correct focus and exposure time (i reccomend to use a more professional camera app as Opencamera).
If you want good photos @ night, you'll have to do some homeworks before that, but remember that quality will never be 100% ;)

There's nothing we can do about it.
