Guys, let's face the truth:
all smartphones' cameras struggle under low light conditions, this is related to the really small sensor that comes on them. It's not about Blackview, but about every brand, included CAMERA-PHONES as Lumia 1020.
Shooting on low light conditions/artificial lights requires also some work from the user as lowering the ISO, firm hand, correct focus and exposure time (i reccomend to use a more professional camera app as Opencamera).
If you want good photos @ night, you'll have to do some homeworks before that, but remember that quality will never be 100%
There's nothing we can do about it.
